Canada is turning 150 this year. I’m very proud to call Canada my home. I’ve lived in a few countries in my life and Canada tops the cake. This is a place I call home. Thus, I’m very excited to celebrate! I found the leaf pattern on Pinterest. Although the pattern is not written very clearly, I really like the end result. Here is a link to the site.

Flags

  1. Ch 4, 2 dc in 4th ch from hook, turn
  2. Ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), dc in the same st, dc across, 2 dc in the last st.
  3. Keep increasing by 2 st at the beginning and end of each row until you reach the desired size.

Here is the final product. I’m very pleased with how it turned out.
