The Seedling & Propagation Mix is finer and more moisture-retentive than standard potting mixes, giving young plants the perfect environment to put down roots. It drains well, holds just enough moisture to support delicate seedlings without drowning them, and is packed with beneficial microbes that support healthy root development from day one. Compatible with all plant types — from tropical houseplants to vegetables and herbs.

What I love about it

The right starting mix makes an enormous difference in germination rates and early root development. This one is carefully balanced for the specific needs of seeds and cuttings — fine enough for good seed-to-soil contact, moisture-retentive enough to keep things consistently damp, and well-draining enough to prevent damping off. The beneficial microbes are a genuine advantage — you may notice some white mycelium, which is a good sign, not mold. Also works perfectly as the first soil after transplanting a tissue culture (TC) plant. Blended and bagged by hand in small batches.
